The print features a wheat-ear motif, commonly seen in museum collections in both print and embroidery. As colorful antique dresses are extremely difficult to preserve intact due to their age, a faithful 1:1 reproduction of this original is especially rare.

The floral motifs were custom-made from the original, with the silhouette recreated through hand-positioned pattern making and hand-trimmed waist shaping.

Made from the same specially spun fabric as our Blue-Green Edwardian dress, it is cool, breathable, lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and easy to care for.
