This dress is made with three layers:

• The outer layer features a gathered overskirt,

• The middle layer is the lining,

• The innermost layer is tulle.

Since the dress already has three layers, we’re unable to extend the lining further, as it would become too warm to wear.

Please note: the tulle layer is in direct contact with the legs. If you have sensitive skin, it might feel slightly scratchy. Kindly consider this before purchasing. (If you plan to wear a petticoat underneath, this won’t be an issue.)

The inner lining of the bodice is fully finished with enclosed seams to prevent fraying. The overall quality and look are both excellent.

Pretty pretty!

If you're thinking of getting this one, just be prepared, it's tight around the legs, kind of like a Gunne Sax dress. But honestly, that's part of what makes it feel so vintage and authentic. The waist tends to wrinkle a bit, but other than that, it's a really beautiful piece.
